The weekend
A feel-good weekend to move, reset, and reconnect, with wellness, good food, and a little fun woven in.
Bloom & Burn is a four-day, three-night wellness retreat on the Santa Rosa Plateau designed around feel-good movement, intentional recovery, and connection. Mornings begin with energizing sculpt sessions, and the day continues with hiking, lounging by the pool, sauna, cold plunge, massage, nourishing meals, and time to simply unwind. Evenings are for dinner on the deck, sunset walks, tea, conversation, and slowing down together.
We’re keeping this retreat intentionally small and boutique so the experience feels personal, connected, and easy to settle into. Come solo, bring a friend, or share the weekend with someone who’s ready to move, reset, and have fun with you.

A mindful flow powered by breath.
Jenn is a passionate and personable RYT-200 certified yoga instructor with over a decade of teaching experience. Her love for movement began at age three through dance and continued into high school, where she was introduced to yoga by practicing Bikram with her family. In 2016, she pursued her yoga teacher training and has been teaching ever since.
Jenn’s dynamic teaching style blends strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, and recovery all into a mindful flow powered by breath. While her classes are physically challenging, they are thoughtfully designed to be accessible to students of all levels, offering clear guidance and intentional progressions. She leads students through transformative practices that encourage growth, build strength, and cultivate both mental resilience and physical awareness. At the heart of her teaching is a genuine commitment to connection. Jenn creates a supportive, welcoming environment where students feel safe to explore their edges and leave feeling empowered. Her favorite styles to teach include yoga sculpt and a powerful vinyasa class, where she often incorporates arm balances and inversions.

FAQ
Good questions
Anything else, ask Jenn or Steph after class.
Do I need to be advanced?
No. The classes are challenging, and every one has options so you can work at your level. The inversion workshop is progressive, so you start at the first step and build from there.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely! Most rooms are shared. If you have a roommate in mind, tell us when you book and make sure they book the same room as you. We strongly recommend booking at the same time so you can both ensure you are in the same room. If you don’t have a preference on roommates, we’ll match you.
What are the sleeping arrangements?
Rooms have single beds that are great for friends wanting to share the same room or can convert to a king for couples. Lotus, Hawk’s Nest and Mountain View have private ensuites, Owl Box has an attached bath, and Avocado and Sage share a hall bath. For couples wanting full bedroom privacy, we recommend booking Avocado, Sage, or Owl Box as a king bed.
What about food and dietary restrictions?
Meals are chef-prepared, nourishing, and protein-forward, with options like chicken, fish, and eggs thoughtfully incorporated throughout the weekend. Vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and other dietary needs can be accommodated. Please share any restrictions or allergies at the time of booking so our chef can plan accordingly.
Is alcohol included?
This weekend is designed to be a wellness reset, so alcohol will not be a focus of the retreat. That said, our Saturday celebration dinner will include a small tasting experience with a local winery as part of our final night together. The tasting is included in your retreat package. Any optional bottle purchases beyond the tasting will be available at your own expense.
How do I get there?
Ojas is on the Santa Rosa Plateau above Temecula. The closest airports are Ontario (ONT, about 51 miles), John Wayne (SNA, about 62 miles) and San Diego (SAN, about 74 miles). The full address and directions are sent after booking.
What should I pack?
Spring weather is typically warm and beautiful during the day, but we recommend packing layers. Daytime highs are in the low-to-mid 70s and nighttime lows around the upper 40s to low 50s. La Cresta sits at a higher elevation in the Santa Rosa Plateau area, so evenings can feel noticeably cooler.
Please bring workout clothes, warm layers, a swimsuit, hiking shoes, flip flops or slides, sunscreen, loungewear, and pajamas. Mats and yoga props will be provided.
Can I book a massage?
Yes. Massages are available for an additional cost of $165 per massage, which includes gratuity. Massages are not included in the retreat package price and will be paid directly by you at the end of your service via Venmo, Zelle, or cash.
Please let us know in advance if you would like to schedule a massage. You can request one at the time of booking or anytime before your final payment is due so we can coordinate availability.
When is the balance due?
Your full balance is due by February 28, 2027. Your $500 non-refundable deposit holds your spot and is applied to your total.
Is there a payment plan?
Your $500 non-refundable deposit secures your spot, and the remaining balance is due in full by February 28, 2027.
If you would like to set up a payment plan, please reach out to Jenn or Steph directly and we can work with you to arrange one. Please note that payment plans are not available through credit card and would need to be paid via Venmo or Zelle.
